Nothing
in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory
rights.

Title of the goods shall pass to the customer when payment
in full has been cleared through the banking system. |

| 2. |
Complaints about loss or damage to goods must be made in
writing to the above address within three days of receipt of goods.
Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within ten days of date of
notification of despatch. No claims can be entertained unless these
conditions are fulfilled. |

Specification
of items is subject to alteration without notice. |
|
| 4. |
Prices
quoted are subject to amendment without notice. Goods are charged at the
prices ruling on the date of despatch.
VAT is charged in addition on all items at the current rate. |

JURISDICTION
AND LAW. These Conditions and any act or contract to which
they apply shall be governed by English Law and any dispute arising
out of any act or contract to which these conditions apply shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. |

We
reserve the right to refuse to accept any order. |
