How do I open a Credit Account facility?

I didn't want that product.  I preferred the one you sent me the previous time.

Please let us know the Job Number from when you had it before.  If you don't know the Job Number, we can look at your order history to identify the product.

I've had the wrong goods sent.  How do I get them exchanged?

Please contact our Operations Department with your Account Number and Job Number (which can be found on the Delivery Note).

What time is delivery due?

We are unable to give an exact time, but will endeavour to deliver as close as possible to your requirement.

What day is the delivery due?

Please contact our Operations Department.  They can advise you regarding routes and journeys planned for your area.

What is your minimum order quantity?

One case of product. However orders valued at under £75 will incur a minimum order charge of £15.

Do you charge Carriage?

Not if delivery is made via our own transport fleet.  We also have a National Network of supply via our Hygiene Distributors Alliance.  Please contact our Sales Department or your Thamesmead Account Handler if you wish to find out more about this.

How is the product packed?

In accordance with the manufacturers' specifications.

Can I see a Representative?

Yes.  Please contact our Sales Department to arrange an appointment.

How much is the product?

Please contact our Sales Department.  We will quote you a competitive price.

Is that your best price?

We will endeavour to match or beat any genuine competitive quotations.

If I order more cases, do I get a discount?

We will give our best price straight away.  But if you are offered a better price elsewhere, please contact our Sales Department.

Can I have delivery tomorrow?

Delivery is normally within 2-3 days.  However, if prompt delivery is essential, please contact our Operations Department to see if we can help.

I can get that cheaper elsewhere!

Let us know what price you are paying and we will see what we can do to match it.

Is it in stock?

Generally we carry large stocks.  If you are concerned about availability of a particular product, please contact our Sales Department to check out availability.

Can I have the COSHH sheets?

Yes, please let us know you requirements.

Can I have a sample?

Yes.  Please contact our Sales Department.
